THE DUTY OF FIGTHING FLOOD SHOULD BE OF A COLLECTIVE INTEREST IT SHOULD NOT BE LEFT TO LAGOS STATE GOVERNMENT ALONE, ESPECIALLY A CITY THAT HARBOURS OVER 45.5% OF THE NATION;S ECONOMY. FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OUGTH TO WAGE INTO IT WITH THEIR OWN CAPACITY BECAUSE IF THE CITY IS SUBMERGED THE ENTIRE NATION WOULD BE AFFECTED
The Residents of Lagos State must take personal responsibility in the prevention of these flood. They must stop the dumping of refuse and other stuff in the drainage system as this is a major occurrence in most of the areas most affected by this flood
